About Uppbeat
Uppbeat is the first music platform built entirely for content creators. From the team behind Music Vine (a popular music licensing platform for filmmakers), Uppbeat is a Leeds-based startup poised to revolutionise how creators access music, while enabling musicians to earn from a booming untapped audience.

About The Role
Uppbeat is owned and operated by Music Vine, so you’ll be working directly within the small (but mighty!) Music Vine team based in central Leeds.

As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and cultivating partnerships across a range of channels. This is a hands-on role which will involve speaking directly and building rapport with YouTubers, social media influencers and management agencies of a variety of scales.

Your ultimate objective will be to introduce as many new users to Uppbeat as possible via the partnerships you secure. A bonus scheme will be offered on top of a basic salary to reward exceptional results.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2+ years in a marketing or sales role (preferred)
  • We are seeking an individual with a talent for warm, confident communication and a love for meeting and building rapport with new people.
  • You must be highly motivated, organised and driven to contribute to a startup with big ambitions.

Why work at Music Vine?

  • Be part of an industry-shaping company which is revolutionising the way creators access music.
  • Be part of a vibrant, dynamic team with a friendly ethos and great work ethic.
  • Have an impact! At a startup, every team-member counts. Enjoy the opportunity to contribute directly & help shape the company’s journey.
  • Work with flexibility. We operate flexi-time and will only require partial hours to be worked in the office.
  • Whether it’s Friday drinks, quarterly meals on the company or an Xmas outing, we work hard but make sure to enjoy ourselves along the way!

To apply, simply email a cover letter & CV to The cover letter should be no longer than 400 words – we want to hear why you’re a great fit for this role, what you’d bring to Uppbeat and anything else you’d like to share to support your application. Your application must also include:

  • How soon you could start if you are offered the position
  • Where you heard about the vacancy
