Music Hub Manager Sheffield Music Hub

We are seeking a visionary, experienced music and education professional to join our team. The new manager will work in a team together with the Head of Music Education Sheffield, one other experienced Manager and our Operations Manager.

Together we will work to lead the vision of the Sheffield Music Hub, inspiring others and developing future capacity. We are a reflective musical community that is committed to inclusivity and creativity. We work hard to understand how we can best represent the musical interests and aspirations of children and young people from every corner of Sheffield.

We have a growing reputation as an innovative Music Education Hub willing to drive change through authentic projects and programmes of activity delivered both directly, and in partnership with our strong and growing network of partners. As we plan our COVID recovery we are looking for someone who brings a breadth of experience and we welcome applications from professionals who are either experienced in the work of Music Education Hubs or from those who can contribute to the development of our values, aims and objectives with experience from the wider musical, creative or education sector.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities, which benefit you and the Council.
