Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor

As our Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors arriving at our Head Office, so creating a warm, professional and positive first impression will be a key part of your role.
You’ll manage our reception area, welcome visitors and colleagues, and make sure everyone arriving at the building is greeted and directed appropriately.

Alongside your reception responsibilities, you’ll also support our Customer Service team, responding to customer enquiries and helping with general administrative duties.
